About the Role

As a Senior Paraplanner, you'll operate as a strategic advisor and subject-matter expert for our brokers. You'll own complex loan structuring, oversee high-value or specialised client scenarios, and ensure every recommendation is accurate, compliant, and aligned with client needs. You'll support process optimization, mentor paraplanners, and help maintain best-practice standards across the team. What You'll Be Doing

• Lead research and analysis of mortgage products, rates, and lender policies to deliver advanced, tailored loan recommendations.
• Oversee complex loan submission packages and ensure full accuracy, compliance, and alignment with lender and regulatory standards.
• Analyze detailed financial scenarios to support high-level loan structuring and strategic broker decisions.
• Stay ahead of industry changes, lending policies, and Australian mortgage regulations—and guide the team accordingly.
• Collaborate with brokers and internal teams to refine processes, enhance workflow efficiency, and elevate the client experience.
• Mentor and support junior paraplanners, providing quality checks, coaching, and knowledge sharing.
• Assist in client follow-ups, offering clear, confident explanations of recommendations and strategy.

About You

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Paraplanner or in an advanced mortgage support role.
• Deep expertise in Australian mortgage and loan products, including complex lending scenarios.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient with financial tools, mortgage platforms, and CRM systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• A proactive, solutions-driven approach and a passion for elevating team standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php70, Php90,000.00 per month
