Biñan, Calabarzon, Philippines GRJ Jaro Group of Companies Full time ₱150,000 - ₱250,000 per year

  1. Responsible for the safekeeping of Cash on Hand and Cash in Vault

  2. Responsible in safekeeping of pawned items and displayed items and other money related daily transactions.

  3. Responsible in safekeeping and updating records of daily transactions

  4. Responsible in giving money to the customers based on the appraised pawned items

  5. Responsible in collecting money from the customers

  6. Responsible in renewal items/ Hold items and Redeemed items

  7. In – charge in counter checking of pawned items (thru pawns ticket) before keeping inside the vault

  8. Responsible in giving notice letter to all the customers

  9. Responsible in updating hold- items

  10. Responsible in checking storage items if it's still in good condition

  11. Responsible in monitoring and paying of BIR payments and other types of payments/ expenses of each branches ( Meralco/ Notice letter/ water etc.)

  12. Responsible in safekeeping of Storage display items.

  13. In – charge in monitoring of Branch supplies and documents for everyday transactions.

  14. Maintains cleanliness inside the branch

  15. Responsible in giving daily updated branch reports and attendance to the main office for monitoring purposes

  16. Responsible in updating main office in regards of Cash Funds/ Disbursement and other branch concerns.

Qualifications:

  • High School Graduates, Junior or Senior High School graduates, and College levels are also welcome to apply.
  • Computer literate
  • Willing to be assigned in different pawnshop branches (CALABARZON,PASAY,& PARAÑAQUE)
