We're looking to onboard three high-impact Multimedia Artists who can elevate our creative engine and keep our internal communications looking sharp, aligned, and on-brand. Two roles will be heavily rooted in graphic design, while the third will specialize in video production and animation. Key Responsibilities

For All Multimedia Artists:

  • Develop graphic materials for internal communications, from concept to final layout
  • Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines across all deliverables
  • Collaborate with various teams to translate requirements into strong visual output
  • Execute basic motion graphics using Adobe After Effects
  • Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality creatives within deadlines

For Graphic Design–Focused Roles (2 Slots):

  • Produce static creatives, infographics, layouts, posters, newsletters, and digital assets
  • Support branding initiatives through visual storytelling
  • Maintain visual consistency across campaigns and internal platforms

For Video/Animation–Focused Role (1 Slot):

  • Capture footage for internal and campaign-related video shoots
  • Perform offline and online video editing
  • Create motion graphics, animated elements, and simple explainer assets
  • Assist in content planning and execution for video-led initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Communication Arts, or any related field
  • Proven experience in graphic design or multimedia production
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
  • Strong eye for layout, color, typography, and visual hierarchy
  • Ability to work under pressure while still delivering clean, polished output
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Creativity that's both practical and strategic

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with photography
  • Knowledge in 2D animation or motion design beyond basic level
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 18 months

Pay: Up to Php35,000.00 per month
