Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree


• Preferably a Graduate of BS Accountancy or a similar discipline

Experience: None required

Training: None required

Eligibility: Career Service (Professional) Second Level Eligibility

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare monthly subsidiary ledgers (accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash advances, due from NGAs, due from GOCCs, property plant and equipment, office supplies and promotional giveaways;

  2. Reconcile and prepare adjustments when required;

3. Assist in the preparation of financial statements when required;

4. Issue statement of accounts and monitor collections;

  1. Prepare monthly subsidiary ledgers (accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash advances, due from NGAs, due from GOCCs, property plant and equipment, office supplies and promotional giveaways);

6. Assist in the preparation of vouchers (disbursement and liquidation);

7. Prepare the index of payments to suppliers and service providers;

8.  Perform such other related functions that may be assigned from time to time;
