Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive QA Specialist to join our team and ensure the exceptional quality and reliability of our proprietary CRM platform. You will play a critical role in the product development lifecycle, starting with the core commercial modules like Opportunities and extending to other critical areas. Your primary focus will be on designing and executing thorough tests, identifying defects, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a polished, user-friendly, and stable product to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test cases and test plans based on product requirements and user stories, focusing initially on core CRM modules (e.g., Opportunities, Leads, Accounts).
  • Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, system integration, end-to-end (E2E), and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure complete coverage.
  • Identify, document, and prioritize software defects and usability issues with clarity and reproducibility.
  • Validate bug fixes and perform thorough regression testing to ensure defects have been resolved without introducing new issues.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and the development team to review feature specifications and acceptance criteria, ensuring testability and a deep understanding of the intended user experience.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes, tools, and testing methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance or software testing, ideally within a SaaS or Web/Cloud environment.
  • Experience testing complex, data-driven business applications; prior experience with CRM, ERP, or similar platforms is a nice to have.
  • Attention to detail and a strong analytical mindset to uncover edge cases and complex bugs.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills to document defects and communicate issues to technical and non-technical audiences.
