We're a fast-growing e-commerce company ($4.5M in sales last year) building a world-class creative team. Your mission: create scroll-stopping videos that grab attention, drive conversions, and scale brands worldwide.

This isn't just cutting clips. You'll turn scripts into high-performing ads, source content when needed, and continuously test and improve based on real campaign data. You'll collaborate with our Creative Strategists, Copywriters, and fellow editors to craft ads that turn viewers into customers.

Your Responsibilities

  • Edit UGC & VSL ads for Meta platforms with speed and precision
  • Source missing content to tell better stories
  • Analyze top-performing ads and competitors to improve continuously
  • Join daily and weekly meetings, share progress, and collaborate openly
  • Keep files organized and deliver on time, every time

Requirements

  • Portfolio with 3+ UGC/VSL ads you personally edited
  • Strong Adobe Premiere Pro or similar skills
  • Understanding of direct-response marketing
  • Reliable internet & ability to work CET hours (8–5)
