Waitress - Responsible for doing multi-tasking and various front-of-the-house duties such as taking orders, serving food and beverages to customers in a friendly and efficient manner. To ensure customers have an excellent dining experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1.) Interacts with customer by greeting, taking and serving food and beverages.
2.) Presents menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies).
3.) Communicates order details with member of the kitchen.
4.) Carries meals and beverages to the correct table or customer.
5.) Greet customers and offers menu recommendation.
6.) Prepares table but setting up linens, silverware and glasses.
7.) Maintain a tidy dining area.
8.) Up-sell additional products when appropriate.
9.) Carries and balancing dirty plates, glasses, and silverewares for cleaning.
10.) Provide excellent customer service.
11.) Other task that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
1.) Proven work experience as a waiter, waitress, or a server for at least 2 years in aa casual fine dining.
2.) At least Senior high school graduate or/and College undergraduate.
3.) With pleasing personality 5'5 for female and 5'7 for male in height. No visible tattoo.
4.) Has excellent oral communication skills
5.) Must have good listening and understanding skills.
6.) Able to balance and carry dishes on a tray.
7.) Can handle being on their feet for 4 hours or more.
8.) Team player and has knowledge in basic fine dining set-up.
9.) Trustworthy and with high values of integrity. No bad records and integrity issues.
10.) Interested applicants to be assign in our new resto located at Brgy. Lolomboy Bocaue Bulacan (In front of Bocaue Specialist Medical Center, Beside LTO Bocaue).
11.) 5 days to 1-week training and exposure here at CHRISTINE'S RESTAURANT located in Malolos Bulacan (Beside STI College Malolos).
