The Opportunity

Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' is seeking passionate and customer-focused Financial Customer Service Associates to join our dynamic team in Cebu City, Cebu. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the financial sector.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Handle inbound calls from customers and clients, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
  2. Assist customers with account-related inquiries, transactions, and problem-solving
  3. Provide accurate information and guidance to customers, adhering to company policies and procedures
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer issues
  5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
  6. Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience and identify opportunities for process improvements

What We're Looking For

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to provide outstanding customer service / NO BPO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED but its a plus
  2. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiries and concerns
  3. Proficiency in using computer systems and software to process customer information and transactions
  4. Familiarity with the financial services industry, including banking, insurance, or investments, is preferred
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and remain calm under pressure
  6. Commitment to continuous learning and a desire to develop your skills and knowledge
