Company Clinic Physician (Min. Requirements)

  • Licensed Physician, w/ BCOM is a plus (if non-BCOM, willing to take BCOM within the first six months of deployment)
  • Preferably with exposure and familiarity on the practice of occupational or corporate medicine, or have considerable experience in the practice (at least six months/ or 1-2 yrs Medical practice)
  • Willing to be deployed at Clark Pampanga, and must take all schedules: Mon-Tue-Wed (10AM-3PM) - 5H/shift
  • Additional duty may be requested during health and safety meetings (rare)

Description

  • Provide outpatient consultation to all employees seeking medical advice, and possibly remote consultation in some cases
  • Render prompt treatment of illnesses/injuries on-site not requiring hospital emergency room cares
  • Refer employees to qualified medical specialists as necessary
  • Refer any medical and emergency case to a higher healthcare facility
  • Work with the clinic team on periodic Clinic reports
  • Participate or may lead in implementing appropriate healthcare programs for the employees, and may be requested to join in health, safety and business meetings
  • May conduct and present health updates, awareness or lay talk, counselling and education on detecting, managing and preventing medical illnesses or conditions
  • Monitor work environment as necessary
  • Any other task that falls within the scope of Occupational Medicine

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php Php500.00 per hour
