We're looking for a multi-skilled
Graphic Designer

with strong brand sensibility and technical skill across
social media, in-store collaterals, e-commerce, packaging

, and
3D visualization

. This role will be instrumental in bringing our brand to life across all consumer touchpoints—from scroll-stopping social posts to highly engaging retail displays and launch kits.

Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Content Design

  • Design high-quality static posts, carousels, reels covers, and stories across IG, TikTok, and Meta platforms
  • Create visual content aligned with brand campaigns and calendars
  • Build reusable social templates for efficiency and visual consistency

2. Shopify, E-commerce & Digital Storefront

  • Design product images, banners, and promo graphics for Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, etc.
  • Adapt and optimize assets for mobile-first viewing
  • Support e-commerce campaigns with homepage layouts, countdowns, vouchers, and landing page headers
  • Website Layout Design

3. Packaging & Product Development Support

  • Execute packaging design from concept to production: primary and secondary (e.g., boxes, tubes, jars, sachets)
  • Provide printer-ready files, dielines, and support for mockups
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements: INCI lists, barcodes, net weight, safety symbols

4. 3D Renders & PR Kits

  • Develop
    3D mockups

for packaging, PR boxes, and product layouts
- Design full
PR kit experiences

: interior compartments, inserts, sleeves, and welcome cards
- Create unboxing simulations and photorealistic renders for internal and influencer previews

5. Retail & Trade Visualization

  • Design
    3D gondola mockups

, shelf simulations, and retail POSM (wobblers, testers, standees, etc.)
- Provide renders for planograms, and retailer presentations
- Assist in visualizing pop-up booths, counters, and store-within-store concepts

6. Branding & Identity

:

Maintain consistency across all brand materials
7. Content Resizing & Asset Management

  • Resize, adapt, and localize global or master assets
  • Maintain an organized asset library and ensure proper file versioning
  • Export deliverables in platform-ready formats

Qualifications

  • Strong portfolio showcasing
    social media, packaging, and 3D

work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Experience in
3D software, sketchup, blender
- Bonus: Familiarity with Figma, Canva Pro, Shopify
- Has experience with maximalist/pattern-like designs
