Japanese Language Instructor

1. Instructional Delivery

2. Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and classroom activities for Japanese Language (A1) following TESDA standards and the approved curriculum.

3. Conduct engaging and interactive classes that promote listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in Japanese.
4. Monitor student progress and provide feedback to learners.
5. Ensure implementation of effective teaching strategies
6. Manage student behavior in the classroom by establishing and enforcing rules and procedures

7. Coordinate with FIRST College management regarding schedules, student progress, and any concerns that may affect training delivery.

8. Student Assessment and Support

9. Design and administer quizzes, assignments, and practice activities to evaluate student competencies.

10. Prepare students for formative and summative assessments

11. Provide consultation and academic support to learners, as needed.

12. Compliance and Documentation

13. Maintain accurate and updated class records, attendance sheets, and grade reports

14. Maintain discipline, punctuality, and ethical standards as required by FIRST College policies.
15. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive records and information

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php550.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
