Identifies client purchasing requirements and technical specifications through Product Management and/or client representatives. Interacts with engineering groups to assist in design changes to equipment and/or software. Trains and communicates with clients on systems application.

What you will be doing :Expertise in FIS Products and Services: Deep understanding of products and services within assigned business lines. Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of the financial services industry. Systems Development Life Cycles: Proficiency in various software development methodologies, including waterfall, iterative, and modern approaches.

Software Industry Standards: Familiarity with relevant standards such as ISO, CMM, and Six Sigma. Banking Practices: Knowledge of banking regulations and operations within assigned business lines. Design Patterns: In-depth understanding and application of design patterns.

Technical Documentation: Ability to develop and interpret sequence diagrams, class models, etc. Solutions Design: Proficiency in solutions design and requirements definition using model-driven design tools and techniques, including conceptual solution component models, business process models, and use cases. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences at various organizational levels.

Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team, and time management skills. Influence and Persuasion: Ability to persuade and influence others on the best approach to take. Project Management: Ability to estimate work effort for project sub-plans or small projects and ensure successful completion.

Positive Outlook: Strong work ethic and responsiveness to internal and external clients and contacts. Mentorship: Willingly and successfully fulfills the role of teacher, mentor, and coach. Technical Knowledge: May require in-depth knowledge of networking, computing platforms, storage, databases, security, middleware, network and systems management, and related infrastructure technologies and practices.

What you bring :Experience: 5 to 8 years of solid experience in Mainframe Development. Systematics: Experience in Systematics is required. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge in COBOL, JCL, VSAM, Syncsort, Easytrieve.

Individual Contributor: Willingness to work as an individual contributor. Programming and Analytical Skills: Strong programming and analytical skills. Communication and
