KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


• Support installation and tuning of LV/MV switchgear, protection relays,

PLC/SCADA, and sync panels


• Update single-line diagrams, run short-circuit/load-flow studies, maintain

historian tags


• Lead/assist preventive maintenance on motors, VFDs, transformers, UPS


• Draft energization permits, LOTO, and incident reports; liaise with NGCP/DU for

grid compliance

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION (FRESH GRADUATE-FRIENDLY)


• PRC-licensed Electrical Engineer (or REE board passer)


• OJT in power systems, automation, or controls accepted as entry experience


• Basic ETAP or similar software exposure (student version OK)


• Familiar with Philippine Electrical Code fundamentals and safety practices


• Eager to learn PLC (Siemens/AB) and work rotating shifts when needed

PRIOR EXPERIENCE PREFERRED (NOT REQUIRED)


• 1-3 years in generator controls, industrial automation, or renewables


• Knowledge of protective-relay software (e.g., SEL) and ISO 50001
