We provide Financial Leadership to business founders. We are looking to add a Financial Leader to our team. Sure, you are an accountant, but more importantly you are ready to lead clients and help them go on a journey from "financial confusion" to "financial clarity".

Are you a person that is good at teaching and coaching others?

Are you a "life long learner"?

Can you share some recent examples of what you learned recently? What do you want to learn next?

Are you currently using AI? How are you using it?

Do - When you join One Degree you will do the work efficiently and effectively

Engage – as you progress you will learn to engage clients and other team members – yes, efficiently and effectively.

Lead – After you have proven you can do the work, engage others stakeholders you will then earn the right to Lead clients and other team members.
