Merchandising Representative

As a Merchandising Representative, you will be the brand's face in retail and wholesale outlets. Your role ensures compelling brand presentation, optimizes product placement, supports sales growth, and reinforces Louis Maclean's reputation for quality and reliability across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain visually appealing and compliant product displays that adhere to brand and merchandising guidelines.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor stock levels, verify shelf arrangements, and enforce proper rotation (FIFO).
• Collaborate with store staff to ensure replenishment, featured promotions, and timely restocking.
• Capture and report retail insights—such as competitor activity, inventory gaps, and customer preferences—to inform marketing and sales strategies.
• Support promotional campaign execution in coordination with account management teams.
• Help train in-store staff or third-party merchandisers on brand standards and display procedures.
• Track merchandising performance using store visits data and recommend improvements to enhance visibility and sales.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2+ years of experience in merchandising or a related role, preferably within food & beverage, or distribution sectors.
• Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—in English; ability to build rapport with store management and staff.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to multitask across multiple retail locations.
• Mobility: must be willing to travel to retail and wholesale outlets, including outside of Metro Manila.
• Ability to work independently while aligning with company branding and merchandising strategy.

Working Conditions

• Field-based role involving extensive in-store visits across NCR and potentially provincial locations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php18,500.00 per month
