Strictly implement quality procedure and work instructions and understand how the ISO-9001 quality system is organized, monitored and improved.

Visual and dimensional inspection of all incoming, items with conformance to drawing specification and customer requirement.

Monitors the quality, quantity and Environmental compliance of suppliers' materials/products delivered to APCBI.

Do verify all environmental documents like MSDS and ICP Test Reports, by counter checking to Master List of Raw Materials/ Chemicals RoHs Compliant posted in Receiving/Unloading Area.

Holds process if these do not conform to APCBI customers requirements.

Holds deliveries if these do not conform to APCBI Quality and Environmental requirements.

Coordinates with CIC/Warehouse for the products to be delivered.

Follow up responses/action to Nonconformance report and monitors execution of committed corrective action.

Quickly locate all policies and work instructions related to the specific job function being performed.

Responsible for the inspection and assurance of the quality, quantity and Environmental compliance of items to be delivered.

Complete quality control forms after completion of all activities and conformant and required records are verified.
