Work Arrangement: This role is categorized as hybrid on NIGHT SHIFT. The successful candidate is expected to report to the office three times per week or as dictated by business needs.
The Role
As part of the team, you will focus on HR Operations related tasks, primarily engaging in New Hire /Onboarding experiences. This customer/employee-facing role requires specialized skills and subject matter expertise to support employees and stakeholders across the enterprise.
What You'll Do
Deliver engaging employee onboarding experiences through HR query resolution aligned with the team's culture and service aspirations.
Execute Global Data Management processes with precision and 100% accuracy.
Serve as a reliable point of contact for employees and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-through.
Resolve queries using tools, desk procedures, and reference materials within the knowledge base.
Log and document all inquiries in the case management tool, strictly following established processes.
Monitor tasks proactively to avoid delays and ensure timely completion.
Adhere to all regulations, processes, procedures, and systems.
Prepare daily reports to prioritize and manage workload effectively.
Maintain and update process documentation and desktop procedures.
Uphold high-quality standards across all activities and initiatives.
Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for case management.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and departmental information.
Demonstrate GM's vision and values in all behaviors, practices, and decisions.
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree
Strong communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and sound judgment
Analytical thinking and independent decision-making
Adaptability to dynamic work environments
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to manage stress and maintain positive working relationships
Willingness to work night shifts and be cross-trained across departments
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Creative problem-solving abilities
Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
Experience in HR Operations transformation projects related to AI
1-2 years' work experience in Employee Onboarding, HR or Recruitment
Experience working with HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, and Recruiters
What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in BPO/RPO/Shared Services customer support environments
