Job Description Join Globe's Network Technical Group (NTG) and be at the forefront of our digital transformation. We're looking for a passionate Data Scientist / AI Model Developer who will build intelligent systems that power network insights, automation, and data-driven decisions across the organization.
You will be accountable for assembling data models, developing machine learning algorithms, predictive analytics, and self-service data products that serve both functional and non-functional needs of NTG. You will also help ensure clean, trusted data is available for dashboards, insights, reports, and advanced analytics applications.

DUTIES & AND RESPONSIBILITIES

What You'll Do

Data Integration & Engineering

  • Integrate and profile large-scale network and business data into a single, unified schema across subject areas.

  • Analyze and design data integration solutions that scale with growing data volumes.

  • Troubleshoot data issues (e.g., missing fields, malformed dates) to ensure data integrity and quality.

Data Mining & Model Support

  • Collaborate with the NAI Team to enhance business model maps and analytical pipelines.

  • Validate and optimize presentation layer configurations to align with the underlying data model.

Advanced Analytics & Modeling

  • Design and develop Cluster, Cohort, Predictive, and Prescriptive analytics models.

  • Build data models that support geospatial and interactive analytics capabilities.

Data Science & Machine Learning

  • Develop, train, and deploy machine learning and predictive models to uncover patterns and optimize network performance.

  • Maintain a repository of algorithms for scalable use by data scientists and analysts.

  • Conduct statistical and exploratory analyses to solve complex data problems.

  • Continuously improve analytical models and tools, researching new technologies and methodologies.

  • Participate in workshops to refine the use of SAS and other analytical platforms in the Globe NAI environment.

A data-driven problem solver with strong curiosity and a passion for innovation.

  • Experienced in data modeling, analytics, or machine learning.

  • Comfortable working with large, complex datasets and integrating diverse data sources.

  • Collaborative, proactive, and excited to help shape Globe's data intelligence future.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree graduate of any IT-related, Math/Statistics and Data Science courses

  • At least 2 years experience in data science, engineering or machine learning

  • Knowledgeable in Python, SQL, basic ML models and cloud-based technologies

  • AWS/GCP or cloud computation is a Plus
