Internship for Leasing

This role involves a combination of administrative, creative, and research duties to enhance brand awareness and achieve business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct up-to-date marketing research for each property to support marketing campaigns.
• Create marketing content and designs.
• Manage digital and social media presence, including posting of content and engaging with followers.
• Provide weekly updates to network of leasing brokers and agents.
• Prepare promotional materials.
• Assist in organizing events, if any.
• Maintain files, records, and databases ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Handle office and admin tasks.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned/required from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must be enrolled student at college or university.
• Must enrolled college student taking up: Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Digital Marketing course is an advantage.
• Proficiency with marketing software and social media platforms and analytics.
• Must be motivated, open-minded, competitive, resourceful, and a team player
• Can work under pressure
• Must have a positive work attitude
• With strong oral and written communication skills
• With good presentation and facilitation skills; Good Word, Excel, Canva and PowerPoint skills
