  1. Assist in the preparations/preliminaries and in the actual conduct of the Local Inter-Agency Committee (LIAC) and subcommittee meetings, workshops, relocation and resettlement action planning, and other project-related activities of the different LGUs under the DOTr South Department.
  2. As a BSAAC Case Worker, participate in the conduct of Beneficiary Selection, Awards, and Arbitration Committee (BSAAC) meetings and activities as designated Focal Person and for all LGUs affected by DOTr NSCR Ex. Project, as may be assigned, i.e, managing the BSAAC database and coordinating its updates, generating reports for the utilization of partner agencies, reports/concerns from project-affected households received by SHFC; conduct of validation, area inspection, preparation of the Area Inspection Report (AIR), filing of individual folders for BSAAC deliberation, preparation of BSAAC resolutions for qualified and disqualified households.
  3. Participate in BSAAC deliberations; assist in the documentation of deliberation proceedings and in the preparation of activity reports.
  4. Assist in the Project Coordination and Support Unit in the preparation/writing of post-activity reports, preparation and routing of communications, presentation materials, program workflow/implementation plan, committee resolutions, and various reports/documentations for internal and external stakeholders in compliance with project activity requirements.
  5. Assist in the preparation and implementation of activities of the subcommittee of Social Preparation and Community Development and Estate Management (CDEM).
  6. Liaise and perform coordination activities with partner agencies and project beneficiaries.
  7. Perform other related duties as assigned.
