We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources department in daily administrative and recruitment-related tasks. This role offers hands-on exposure to various HR functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment activities such as job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR files
  • Assist with timekeeping, attendance, and HR documentation
  • Support onboarding and employee orientation
  • Help prepare HR reports and perform data encoding
  • Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Currently taking or recently graduated from HRM, Psychology, Business Administration, or related course
  • Willing to learn and assist in different HR functions
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in Canva and MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Can handle confidential information

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)

Pay: Php300.00 per day
