HR Supervisor

• Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, ensuring effective performance and collaboration.
• Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to promote a positive work culture and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
• Collaborate with senior management to identify and address HR needs and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Proven experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively manage a diverse team and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
