Job Function: Responsible for supporting Counter Manager and Branch leadership in promoting effortless customer experience and operational excellence within Counter Operations through effective management of required responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Ensure that staff are practicing customer engagement initiatives
Ensure completeness and usability of the POS system and its peripherals
Direct customer traffic to other available counters to manage queuing
Prepare and monitor work schedule of cashiers and checkers and manage absences by reassigning staff
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any business-related course
With at least 1 year of experience in bank operations or counter-cashier functions
Knowledgeable in credit card transaction processes
