Line Leader

Job Qualifications:

• Female/Male
• College Diploma/Certificate of any course
• At least 2 years experience as Production Line Leader

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the Line Leader in organizing and coordinating production line activities to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Assist in monitoring production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards.
• Provide guidance and direction to production line workers to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the Line Leader to implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production line operations.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment, tools, and work areas to identify and address any maintenance or safety issues.
• Assist in training new production line workers on job duties, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Help resolve any production-related issues or conflicts that may arise during the shift.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities (Hourly Reports, Checklists, Training Records)
• Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement among production line staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations at all times.
• Carry out any additional tasks given by superiors.
