About the role

Lanco Nutritech Corporation is seeking a highly organised and experienced HR and Admin Supervisor to oversee all people-related matters for our Plant/Feed Mill in Padre Garcia, Batangas. This full-time role will be responsible for managing the complete employee life cycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations. What you'll be doing

  1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires
  2. Oversee the administration of payroll, benefits, and leave management
  3. Provide guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and compliance
  4. Conduct performance reviews and manage employee relations issues
  5. Coordinate employee training and development programmes
  6. Assist with general office administration and operations
  7. Collaborate with leadership to identify and implement HR initiatives that support the company's strategic goals

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR generalist or supervisory role, preferably in a fast-paced, growing organisation
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels
  4. Proficient in Google and/or Microsoft Office applications
  5. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  6. Thorough understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
  7. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
