- Responsible for setting up and stocking with all the necessary supplies;
- Responsible for preparing food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces);
- Responsible for cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff;
- Responsible for answering, reporting, and following head or sous chef's instructions;
- Responsible for cleaning up the station and taking care of leftover food;
- Responsible for properly stocking inventory;
- Responsible for ensuring that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion;
- Responsible for complying with health and safety regulations;
- Perform other tasks as needed/requested by the management
