CCTV Operator

Job description

• Perform daily control room tasks with high integrity and efficiency
• Monitor CCTV and report any unusual activity to the Line Manager/Security Officer
• Respond promptly to radio checks and keep accurate records of all communication
• Keep a record of any incidents and report these to the Security Officer on duty
• Monitor vehicle and staff movements
• Report any alarm activation to the Security Officer
• answer all the calls and direct them to the right department promptly and courteously

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
• Certification in CCTV Security/ CCTV Operator or experience in CCTV operation is an advantage
• Experience working within a team environment and relevant experience of working alone and setting own priorities is preferred.
• Must have good attention to detail and the ability to multi-task when required
• Computer literate and knowledgeable in Basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication skills both written and oral
