Job Description:

Job Qualifications:
  • Graduate of Graphic, Web, or Multimedia Design, Creative Media, or other related design courses.
  • 810 years of experience in a leadership role in Graphic Design or Advertising.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Internet-savvy, with a strong interest in internet marketing and social media.
  • Certifications in Design Thinking (e.g., IDEOU, LUMA) are a plus.
  • Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City on a hybrid setup.
Non-Negotiable Qualification:
  • Must have experience working in or on projects for QSR (Quick Service Restaurants) or restaurants.
Job Responsibilities:

Creative Leadership

  • Guide, create, design, and develop creative solutions in response to market demands and brand-led projects.
  • Manage the creation, standardization, and guardianship of strategic principles and design assets.
  • Oversee visual identity assets across a portfolio of brands through various touchpoints (promotions, packaging, menu boards, social media).
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing executions.
  • Challenge the status quo and lead improvements in art direction and execution.
  • Deliver forward-thinking, innovative concepts to inspire teams and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content aligned with the brand.

Clear Visual Communication

  • Develop visually compelling creative assets using internal and external resources.
  • Present strategies and creative direction through impactful presentations.
  • Oversee brand creative asset development for multiple brands.
  • Communicate and collaborate on design execution and the creative process with internal teams.

Diverse Creative Brand Expressions

  • Explore and develop various forms of creative expression, from hand-crafted typography to digital content.
  • Stay updated on design trends and upcoming directions in branding and art.
