Senior Dentist

Job Description This position requires on-site work in Pasig with 1-3 years of experience and a bachelor's degree. It is a full-time role.

Responsibilities Leadership and Management: Lead and supervise a team of dentists, dental assistants, and administrative staff. Mentor junior team members and support their professional development. Ensure quality standards through regular audits and quality assurance measures.

Develop and implement clinical policies and protocols. Stay updated with the latest in dentistry and share knowledge with the team. Administrative Duties: Oversee daily practice operations, patient flow, and resource management.

Maintain compliance with safety standards. Supervise management of patient records and billing information. Patient Relations: Communicate effectively with patients, addressing concerns and providing reassurance.

Monitor and improve patient satisfaction. Special Projects and Initiatives: Contribute to practice growth through new services and technologies. Collaborate with marketing to promote services and enhance reputation.

Requirements Provide comprehensive dental care, including diagnostics, treatment planning, and procedures like fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, and bridges. Perform advanced procedures such as oral surgeries and cosmetic dentistry. Evaluate patient histories and develop personalized treatment plans.

Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care. Provide emergency dental care as needed. Additional details: Salary will be discussed during the final interview.
