Store Incharge

Job description:

The Store in Charge is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a standalone restaurant, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and customer-focused environment. This includes managing staff, ensuring high-quality food and service, handling administrative tasks, and driving profitability. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management

• Supervise and coordinate daily store operations (dining, kitchen, delivery, and cleanliness).
• Ensure the store meets operational, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate for inventory management.

Staff Management

• Hire, train, schedule, and manage front- and back-of-house staff.
• Motivate and support staff to deliver excellent service.
• Conduct performance reviews and address employee concerns or disciplinary issues.
• Organize shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Store in Charge or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of store operations, kitchen workflows, and customer service.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems, scheduling software, and basic financial reporting.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree or diploma in Hospitality Management is a plus.
