  1. Ensures that all Raw Material stocks are handled, preserved and stored in its designated location.

  2. Responsible for the pull out of stocks from location going to production supply area before the activity.

  3. Ensures that stocks pulled-out are in good condition and received shall be acknowledged on the material requisition slip.

  4. Ensure availability of stocks with correct details such as:

  6. Batch
  7. Expiry Date
  8. Quantity

  9. Location

  10. Responsible for the issuance and receiving of RM

  11. Ensures that stocks pulled-out, received and endorsed shall be acknowledged by production personnel.

  12. Ensure the practices of First in First out (FIFO) and First Expiration First Out (FEFO) in every issuance.

  13. Ensure the stock is in proper condition and monitor the expiration.

  14. Follows and complies with the standard operating procedure on product handling requirements.

  15. Prepares Checklist & Accountability Clearance.

  16. Operate the forklift/MHE when needed.

  17. Ensure the correct practices of GMP and cleanliness of the warehouse.

  18. Complies with company policies at all times.

  19. Performs relevant tasks required by the superior when necessary.

  20. Assist auditor in every inventory count end of the month.

  21. Maintain, implement, sustenance of FSSC standard current version.

Skills and Competencies:

  • At least 2-year Vocational Course Graduate or High School Graduate or College Level.
  • With NC2 holder.
  • With experience in Warehousing.
  • Know to operate Forklift and Reach truck.
  • At least 6 months to 1-year experience in the related field or industry.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • With problem solving skills and very particular to details.
  • Knows GWP- Good Warehouse Practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php Php610.00 per day
