The Sales Admin Associate is responsible for achieving assigned sales targets, ensuring efficiency in the screening of loan documents, and maintaining strong relationships with brokers through accreditation and support. The role also assists in other sales-related tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Achieve and deliver assigned sales targets.
  • Ensure efficiency in the initial screening of loan documents.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and handle accreditation processes.
  • Perform other job-related tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Preferably with at least 1-year experience in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
  • Willing to be assigned in Lipa, Batangas.
