What you'll be doing

1. Will relieve Pump Attendant and Cashier
2. Ensuring excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience for all customers
3. Collaborating with store managers and team members to achieve daily and weekly sales goals
4. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
5. Assisting with other duties as assigned to support the overall operations of the store

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the petroleum or retail industry
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
4. Enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to maintaining a positive, customer-centric attitude
5. Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the business
6. Basic numeracy and literacy skills to handle cash handling and inventory management tasks
