The
Key Custodian – Building Administration Officer
is responsible for the opening and closing of all entrance doors and roll-ups, as well as the safekeeping and maintenance of mall doors and keys. This role also assists in maintenance services to ensure the proper upkeep of the mall, its amenities, utilities, and equipment in line with company standards for security, safety, cleanliness, and orderliness—crucial for achieving business goals.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee mall access operations by ensuring timely opening and closing of entrance and roll-up doors and proper maintenance of locks and gates.
  • Manage key control and security by tracking key movements, maintaining updated keyholder records, and ensuring compliance with policies.
  • Support facility maintenance by coordinating repairs, monitoring contractor work, and ensuring all systems and utilities are in good condition.
  • Ensure compliance and documentation by submitting reports, maintaining records, and monitoring incident reports for operational efficiency.
  • Promote continuous improvement and growth by supporting innovation projects, attending training, and contributing as a Subject Matter Expert.

Qualifications:

  • At least Three (3) years' experience in building/property administration or the same field.
  • College Graduate
  • Unquestionable integrity, trustworthy, high organization skills, communication skills, agility.
  • Must have working knowledge in building/property administration, facilities management, housekeeping services, and engineering maintenance services.
  • Can perform with minimum supervision
  • Willing to work on broken time schedule
