We are seeking for a dedicated and experienced Shift Manager for our Seattle's Best Coffee shop located in Tanza Cavite.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a passion for coffee and hospitality, and a proven track record in restaurant management.

  • Quality Control

Qualifications:

  • Education: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2  years as a Shift Manager or as a Hospitality Manager in a Cafe Industry is required.

Skills:

  • Must be available to work flexible shifts – Days – Evenings – Overnights – Weekends – Holidays
  • Have the ability to work in a fast pace environment while providing excellent customer service.
  • Possess a good understanding of labor costs and food costs.
  • Have the ability to train, motivate and lead a team.
  • Must have excellent leadership, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
