Mc Wilson Corporation is a dynamic and fast-growing restaurant group specializing in casual dining experiences. Our brands include Tokyo Bubble Tea, Honeybon, Gringo, Gringonito, Kaokee, and Tatatito Filipino – each offering a unique dining experience tailored to different tastes and lifestyles.

We are currently looking for a Restaurant Supervisor/Manager to join our team for Tatatito Filipino Cuisine, our modern Filipino concept that blends tradition with innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related field

  • At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a casual dining restaurant setting

  • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and floor operations management

  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills

  • Experience in staff training, development, and performance management

  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and operational excellence

  • Take a lead role in driving the store towards sales and performance targets

  • Supervise front-of-house and back-of-house teams, ensuring alignment with brand standards and operating procedures

  • Implement strategies and programs that enhance store efficiency, customer satisfaction, and employee productivity

  • Manage employee schedules, delegate tasks, and ensure proper execution of daily assignments

  • Identify training needs and support the coaching and development of team members to uphold service quality

  • Act as a key liaison between staff and upper management, ensuring smooth communication and problem resolution
