Job Summary:

Responsible for managing and maintaining accurate programming schedules across multiple channels and platforms. This includes daily updates of the Integrated Traffic and Scheduling System (ITSS), compiling telecast data for reporting, supporting the Programming Operations team to ensure timely and efficient broadcast operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Programming Schedule Management

  2. Develop and update programming schedules based on the latest enhancement grids received.

  3. Set up, encode, and manage ITSS schedules for the following channels: TV5 Manila, TV5 Provincial Stations (General Santos, Bacolod, Cebu, and Davao), RPTV, NBC Channel (ensure daily ITSS updates).

  4. Monthly Telecast Reporting

  5. Collect and encode daily broadcast data from the As-Run Log (ARL).

  6. Compile the data into a complete and accurate Monthly Telecast Report for RPTV.
  7. Submit monthly telecast reports to Finance and Sales Traffic every 1st day of the month.

  8. Ensure timely and accurate reporting in coordination with relevant departments.

  9. Performance Calendar Monitoring

  10. Regularly update and check the performance calendar to reflect programming and scheduling changes.

  11. Broadcast Monitoring

  12. Monitor assigned channels during broadcast hours to ensure all scheduled content is aired in accordance with the approved program rid.

  13. Other Duties

  14. Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the Programming Operations Manager and Group Head.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business Administration and/or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with broadcast scheduling/logging systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in media operations or broadcast programming is a plus.
