Job Summary:
Responsible for assisting the Medical Director in directing operation of the Ancillary Service Cluster to ensure quality service excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a clinical field (e.g., Medical Technology, Pharmacy, Nursing).
- A Master's degree is an adavantage
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing ancillary or support service departments.
- Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams
- Experience with budgeting, operations, and compliance
- Leadership experience in hospital administration or integrated health systems
- Deep understanding of clinical support workflows
