An HR Officer is responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws, ensuring a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing candidates, and onboarding new employees. Ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the organization.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and legal requirements, ensuring compliance with employment laws.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate training programs and professional development opportunities for employees to enhance their skills and career growth.
  • Performance Management: Assist in performance evaluations and provide guidance on employee performance issues, ensuring that feedback is constructive and aligned with company standards.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Oversee payroll processes and manage employee benefits, ensuring timely and accurate compensation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in psychology, Human Resource Management or a related field is typically required. Additional certifications are advantageous.
  • Experience: Previous experience in HR roles, typically around 2-5 years, is preferred.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effectively interacting with employees at all levels.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
  • Knowledge of HR Software: Familiarity with HR management systems and labor laws is crucial for compliance and effective HR operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php12, Php25,000.00 per month
