JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Transport raw materials inside and outside of Warehouse.
  • Inspect trucks for mechanical items and safety issues and can perform minor preventive maintenance as needed.
  • Pick up and delivered products/materials to customer/clients.
  • Report all accidents involving driver or company trucks equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must possess a High School or Vocational diploma, or a certificate from a relevant short course.
  • At least 1 year of professional truck driving experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Valid truck driver's license and clear 20/20 vision.
  • Capable of adapting to unexpected situations such as traffic delays or adverse weather conditions.
  • Strong understanding of trucking laws, rules, and regulations.
  • Willingness and ability to drive long distances and travel frequently.
  • Able to perform effectively and open to working overtime when necessary.
  • Diligent, dependable, and maintains a positive attitude.
