As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in reviewing,analysing and evaluating business systems and user needs to meet the goals ofinternal and external stakeholders.  Thisrole will need to work with the business to understand the current businessprocesses, identify future needs and create solutions to help meet those needs,usually (but not always) in relation to information and software systems.  The ideal candidate possesses excellentattention to detail to produce and maintain high quality requirements andprocess documentation to help capture and support the agreed areas of change.This role reports to the Senior Business Analyst – Strategic Project ManagementOffice. Primary responsibilities willinclude:1.     General○      Lead business and process requirement groups tounderstand the needs of the business departments and the Gen II Fund ServicesGroup as a whole.○      Build strong relationships with the key projectstakeholders to help communicate and formulate the vision and requirements forthe project.○      Support the Programme / Project Manager withproject implementation, including planning, monitoring and issue resolution.2.     RequirementsDefinition○      Document and develop business cases, includingthe cost benefit analysis to gain agreement from the Change Committee / SeniorManagement for the recommendations.○      Complete requirement and process analysis toidentify and suggest possible areas for strategic and operational improvementsand changes.○      Produce and maintain high quality requirementsand process documentation to help capture and support the agreed areas ofchange.3.     ProjectExecution and Delivery○      Define client needs by listening actively totheir requirements and facilitate identifying solutions○      Complete impact analysis assessments foridentified change requests○      Support the business, developers and testersthroughout the test process○      Support the business with conducting changeimpact assessments and preparing readiness plans to ensure a smooth transitionof changes○      Support the business through the projecthyper -care period to ensure that queries and issues are dealt with in a timelymanner○      Be responsible for Business Analysis workload andwork autonomously to ensure timelines for project work streams are met○      Identify, outline and escalate risks and issuesto the Project Manager○      Evaluate performance against defined projectgoals  4.     Governance:○      Work with the project management team and keystakeholders, to deliver the project on time and within budget○      Support the adoption of standard PMO teamtemplates and tools for project delivery5.     ContinuousImprovement:○      Stay informed about Business Analysis updates,features, and best practices.○      Proactively identify opportunities for processimprovement and optimization within the Business Analysis and ProjectManagement Office environment. Requirements Job Requirements and Credentials: ●      Provenexperience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role●      Excellentwritten and verbal English, including technical writing skills●      Excellentattention to detail●      Excellentproblem solving, and critical thinking skills●      Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills●      Goodinfluencing and negotiation skills●      Ability towork independently and collaboratively in a fast -paced environment.●      Ability tothink laterally and problem solve●      Strong teambuilding skills●      Focused andversatile team player who is comfortable under pressure, ambiguity, frequentchange, or unpredictability●      Self -motivatedindividual with a passion for working with people●      Enthusiasmfor continued improvement of service and innovation●      Able to workwell in a dynamic, high -growth environment and recommend process improvementPreferred Skills:●      Minimum 5years' experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar role●      Excellentknowledge of Payments / Treasury functions●      Recognisedbusiness analyst or project management qualification e.g. Lean Six Sigma, CBAP,PRINCE2, PMI●      Excellentknowledge of Business Modelling techniques and tools●      Familiaritywith project methodologies●      Experiencein Global Financial Services is preferred
