English Teacher

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join our team in Pasay City. The teacher will be responsible for conducting on-site English lessons for Chinese students, helping them improve their communication, comprehension, and confidence in using the English language.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging, student-centered English classes for Chinese learners of various generation and proficiency levels.
• Prepare daily lesson plans, teaching materials, and interactive activities suited to student needs.
• Foster a supportive and motivating learning environment in the classroom.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and reports.
• Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive atmosphere.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and the academic team to enhance lesson quality and consistency.
• Participate in training, workshops, and other professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field.
• TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA certification (preferred but not required).
• At least 1 year of teaching experience, preferably with Chinese or other ESL learners.
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
• Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and cultural sensitivity.
• Willing to work on-site in Pasay City.
• Preferred Skills & Attributes: Experience teaching children, teens, or adult learners.
• Creative and adaptive teaching style.
• Punctual, organized, and professional attitude.

Work Schedule:

• On-site, Monday to Friday.
• Flexible class hours (morning or evening schedules depending on student availability).
• Possible weekend classes when required.

Salary can be negotiable, depending on the experience.
