Primary Role:

Responsible to accomplish the Operations' daily activities and targets and goals in

accordance with Operations Policy and Procedures and all company policies and

procedures. Responsible for the on-time reporting of incidents and monitoring the

implementation of corrective and preventive actions and closure. Responsible for the preparation and submission of various Operations reports.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field, or relevant experience.
  • 1-3 years experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management.
  • Good at organizing, time management, communication, and problem-solving, with Microsoft Office skills.
  • Knowledge of logistics, warehouse equipment,safety rules, and PEZA and BOC regulations.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and willing to work extra hours

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Accomplish daily operational tasks and meet targets by implementing company policies and

    procedures.
  2. Continuously evaluate processes and Key Performance Indices (KPIs) to identify

    improvement opportunities.
  3. Coordinate with Sales to manage inventory status, including aging, overstock, damaged

    items, and incoming shipments.
  4. Coordinate and implement solutions for urgent customer delivery requests.
  5. Monitor and address customer delivery concerns promptly.
  6. Identify and report unusual inventory activities to supervisors and managers.
  7. Oversee unloading, verify items against shipping documents, and prepare damage reports if

    needed.
  8. Prepare, monitor, and close Corrective Action Reports (CAR) for damaged items and

    shipment irregularities.
  9. Ensure all Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) and Bureau of Customs (BOC)

    documents are complete and signed before deliveries.
  10. Organize truck reservations for regular and urgent deliveries.
  11. Keep operations files and supporting documents complete and organized.
  12. Check billing from service providers and prepare payment requests.
  13. Display and enforce PEZA and BOC rules within the warehouse.
  14. Ensure warehouse personnel follow PEZA and BOC mandates for shipments and deliveries.
  15. Execute management-directed projects to boost efficiency and profitability.

  16. Collaborate with Sales for annual Letter of Authority (LOA) and General Transportation Surety

    Bond (GTSB) permit applications.

  17. Document warehouse incidents and ensure compliance with Incident Incident Non-

    Conformance and Cost Report (INCR) policies and preventive measures.

  18. Accurately prepare and process delivery and kanban documents on time.

  19. Verify loaded items match exit documents and meet customer ETAs (Estimated Time of

    Arrivals).
  20. Maintain up-to-date records of delivery transactions and generate regular operations reports.
  21. Check the completeness of delivery documents and other operational files.
  22. Send scanned exit documents and address any document-related concerns with Sales.
  23. Handle requirements for delivery transactions with government agencies as needed.
  24. Assist the Operations team in daily tasks and cover responsibilities during absences.
