About the role
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at E-WORLD STAFFING SERVICES' in Muntinlupa City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position, where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.
What you'll be doing
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns through non-voice channels (e.g. email, chat, social media)
- Provide accurate information, offer solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Effectively document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the customer service department
What we're looking for
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiries
- Proficiency in navigating and using various customer service technology and software
- Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and a genuine passion for helping others
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
