  • Operates gondola equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with property guidelines.
  • Conducts routine inspections of gondola systems prior to operation to ensure safety and functionality.
  • Maintains accurate records of gondola repairs, maintenance activities, and material inventory.
  • Prepares and submits daily work activity reports, including any equipment abnormalities, to the immediate superior.
  • Ensures proper safekeeping and handling of gondola equipment and related tools.
  • Monitors stock levels of materials and coordinate replenishment as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned to support building operations and maintenance.
