Join the winning team now Identify business requirements, translating business requirements into functional and technical design, building prototypes, creating process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), leading testing and training activities, defining support procedures and SLAs, and supporting implementations post go-live.

Understand the business processes, how the application supports these processes, and apply this knowledge to solve problems effectively. Understand dependencies and interrelationships between various components of Hyperion. Provide alternatives and recommendations based on best practices and application functionality.

Develop understanding of Deloitte and offer fresh perspectives. Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field; CPA qualification or Master's degree is a plus but not mandatory. Experience with at least one full lifecycle implementation project involving Oracle EPM modules such as PBCS, EPBCS, FCCS, EPRCS, EDMCS, PCMCS, HFM, or FDMEE.Experience with other Oracle EPM technologies like ARCS, DRM, etc.

Proven experience managing full lifecycle Oracle implementations or large projects with clients. Strong functional knowledge of financial systems and processes. Ability to define system roadmaps, gather requirements, design, prototype, test, train, and implement solutions.

Deep understanding of Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reporting, including currency translations, inter-company eliminations, and consolidation accounting under various GAAPs. Proficiency with EPM Automate scripting for administrative automation. Experience conducting User Acceptance Testing and preparing related documentation.

Ability to train internal staff on advanced EPM concepts. Excellent communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, PowerPoint). Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with mature judgment.
