Job OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to consolidate e-commerce product data from multiple sources into a standardized dataset, ensuring accuracy and delivering insights to support business decisions. Key Responsibilities:Data Collection & Management: Gather and maintain product data from various internal and external sources, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and consistency. Data Consolidation: Standardize and merge multiple product files into a single, structured dataset tailored for our e-commerce platform.

Data Analysis: Identify patterns, trends, and insights in the data to inform product categorization, pricing, and content strategies. Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Design, Web Development, Marketing) to understand data needs and provide actionable solutions.

  • Quality Assurance: Validate data accuracy by identifying and resolving errors, inconsistencies, or anomalies within datasets.

Process Optimization: Recommend and implement improvements to data workflows and processes for greater efficiency and clarity. Required Skills & Qualifications:Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).

  • Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel).

Experience with industry-specific tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce). Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to draw meaningful conclusions from complex data sets. Strong communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Meticulous attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Work From Home Equipment: i5 to i7 processor with at least 8GB RAM and Windows 11 Pro or HomePreferred Qualifications:Background in e-commerce product data management.
