About the Job

As an Administrative Associate for Menarini, you will be responsible for office management and a full range of administrative and clerical support for the Sales Team, handling coordination functions both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

  • Provides full range of administrative and clerical support such as answering calls, handling inquiries, drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, maintaining calendar of activities and arranging meetings and travel arrangements.

  • Prepares expense liquidation reports, handles confidential files, gathers information to prepare reports and conduct basic analysis.

  • Responsible for organizing and coordinating matters for the Sales Manager making the necessary follow-up with other Line Managers of the organization both locally and internationally.

  • Provides necessary assistance to other Line Managers as far as securing needed documents, signatures and other needed information/support from the Sales Manager.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4-year college course

  • Minimum of at least two (2) years of related work experience

  • Must be able to handle multiple high priority requests, able to multitask

  • Detail oriented with clear and concise written and oral communication skills.
