The Role

As a key player in the market research process, you will be responsible for understanding project requirements, identifying and recruiting suitable participants, and managing expert engagement from onboarding to project completion. This role demands strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to ensure seamless execution while meeting client expectations and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and understand specific goals and requirements for assigned market research projects.
  • Identify and recruit appropriate participants using tools like Sales Navigator, LinkedIn, and search engines.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to determine their suitability for client needs.
  • Prepare and submit expert profiles for internal scrutiny and client approval.
  • Schedule and manage consultations and meetings, coordinating with experts and maintaining calendars.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of participants, including payment details, on internal trackers and platforms.
  • Address expert queries throughout the project lifecycle, including onboarding and payment-related concerns.
  • Suggest process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant workflow and information security requirements.

Requirements

  • Basic Qualification: At least a bachelor's degree in management sciences or a related field.
  • Work Experience: 0 to 1 year maximum.

Functional Skills and Knowledge

  • Excellent collaboration skills to understand and align multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle tight deadlines and pressure situations.
  • Resilience in dealing with changing expectations and environments.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication and people engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

 APAC PH hours (9am to 6pm PH time)
