Job Description

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Financial Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Medical background is an advantage.

Qualification

  1. Receive Payment, CAPEX, Fund Replenishment/Liquidation, and other requests from various departments for processing.
  2. Verify the validity, completeness, and accuracy of reference documents prior to processing requests.
  3. Forward validated and processed Budget-related documents and requests for review and approval.
  4. Monitor and update Operating Expenses (OPEX) and Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) budgets including budget transfers/re-allocation/deferral/all other revisions and departments' actual utilization versus approved activity - based budgets.
  5. Submit regular reports such as Processed OPEX/CAPEX Payment Requests, Budget Transfers/Re-allocation/Deferral/all other revisions, CAPEX Monitoring, Pending Investment Analyses, and other reports that may be required from time to time.
  6. Submit required data, regular reports, and other supplemental reports such as CAPEX Monitoring Report, Schedule of CAPEX payments for Projected Cash flow, and others that may be required from time to time for Management Committee and Executive Committee meetings.
  7. Coordinate with the Accounting Department regarding the list of new CAPEX for insurance policy coverage.
  8. Assist in the coordination with various departments with regards to the data and information needed for regular annual budgeting activity of the hospital.
  9. Elevate the issues/concerns on the implementation of OPEX and CAPEX budgets to the Finance Section Head for immediate resolution/action.
  10. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
